The desired job position is “Client Advisor.
In your role as
Client Advisor, you will serve as a brand ambassador and your job will be to ensure that each customer is treated in accordance with the Louis Vuitton promise. You will strive to uncover the unique needs of each customer and guide them through the brand experience. Being proactive in reaching out to your clients is essential for achieving both individual and collective objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve individual and collective goals by taking ownership of sales outcomes.
- Greet each customer and provide them with the utmost customer experience.
- Assist customers in purchasing all low-involvement products.
- Cultivate lasting relationships with customers, leveraging various customer tools to enhance brand loyalty.
- Contribute fully to team efforts and engage in all activities that contribute to achieving the boutique’s overall objectives.

- Strong customer service skills.
- Curiosity, empathy, agility, and a commercial mindset.
- Passion for the Louis Vuitton brand.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork abilities.
- Flexibility and problem-solving skills.
- Availability during weekends.
- Proficiency in the English language.
- Knowledge of other languages is considered an additional advantage.
- Previous experience in retail is preferred.
